Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. We offer a 100% money back guarantee if any of our Enhanced Beauty Care products arrive faulty. 

We currently only allow for shipping throughout the contiguous United States (the 50 states).

Please allow 3-5 days for delivery from the ship date. All shipments include a tracking number so you can follow your orders journey from us to you!

USPS Priority Mail.

ALL Orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail which requires only 1-3 business days for delivery, from the shipment date.

Orders over $100 receive free shipping, all other orders of less than $100 are subject to a shipping rate (even with the shipping rate, your orders are sent priority through USPS: 1-3 business days).

Refrigerating your skin and cosmetic products can help to extend their shelf life and reduce the risk of harmful bacteria becoming present.

Our cold setting is designed to run at a higher temperature than a household fridge, which is why we do not recommend storing your beauty products in your kitchen fridge. Most kitchen fridges run between 32°F-37°F which can be detrimental to your products. Active ingredients may become frozen, broken down and damaged. Our fridge is cool enough for your skincare and beauty items, but not cold enough to damage your products like your kitchen fridge.

Unlike your normal kitchen fridge, Enhanced Beauty Fridge can heat to 104ºF-122ºF (40ºC-50ºC) on its hot setting. On Beauty Fridge’s hot setting we recommend storing small towels for a facial, waxes and facial oils.

Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel, change or update the details of your order as our warehouse uses automatic systems that can not be stopped once an order is placed. This is to ensure orders are dispatched in a timely manner.

Condensation is usually a result of humidity entering into your fridge or when its door is left open for long intervals. We always recommend keeping your fridge closed during your skincare/beauty routine and storing it on a dry, flat surface away from any sources of heat, direct sunlight and humidity.

It's important to not overload your Enhanced Beauty Skincare fridge. Storing too many products inside may lead to poor cold air circulation.

Condensation may also be a result of not having enough space around your fridge. We recommend allowing a small space behind your fridge for ventilation and appropriate air flow. If your fridge does not have adequate ventilation this can damage the appliance’s cooling system, resulting in condensation.
